Our construction management engagement typically starts with feasibility, estimating, and value engineering, then continues through trade buyouts, construction oversight, inspections, and a structured closeout with warranties, O&M manuals, and as-builts.
We build a detailed budget and Critical Path schedule and report against them throughout the project. Competitive, staged buyouts keep pricing honest, and proactive coordination keeps the schedule intact.
