A results-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in construction execution, Mike is synonymous with speed, precision, and performance. Armed with a Master's degree in Construction Management and over a decade of industry experience, Tanesh brings structure, strategy, and innovation to the pre-construction process. Known for his exceptional organizational and analytical skills, he transforms complex project requirements into clear, executable plans. Beyond pre-construction, Tanesh mentors project managers, leads the development and implementation of organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and is deeply involved in recruiting and developing new talent—ensuring NY Major continues to evolve as a forward-thinking construction leader.
